تأثیر کاربرد کودهای دامی و زیستی بر عملکرد و شاخص‌های مورفولوژیکی چای ترش (Hibiscus sabdariffa L.)

چکیده

به منظور بررسی اثرات کود دامی و کودهای زیستی بر عملکرد و شاخص‌های مورفولوژیکی گیاه دارویی چای ‌ترش (Hibiscus Sabdariffai L.) آزمایشی در مزرعه آموزشی- پژوهشی پژوهشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه زابل در سال زراعی 92- 1391 به صورت کرت‌های خرد شده در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار انجام گرفت. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل سطوح کود دامی شامل: صفر، 10و 20 تن در هکتار و هشت سطح مصرف کود زیستی شامل: شاهد (بدون مصرف کود زیستی)، نیتروکسین، بیوسولفور، فسفات بارور2، نیتروکسین+ بیوسولفور، نیتروکسین+ فسفات بارور2، بیوسولفور+ فسفات بارور2 و نیتروکسین+ بیوسولفور+ فسفات بارور 2 بودند. سطوح مختلف کود دامی به ‌عنوان عامل اصلی و تیمارهای کود زیستی به عنوان عامل فرعی در نظر گرفته شد. اضافه کردن کود دامی به خاک و عملیات تلقیح بذور چای ترش با کودهای زیستی قبل از کاشت انجام شد. صفات مورد مطالعه شامل ارتفاع بوته، قطر ساقه، تعداد شاخه‌های فرعی، تعداد میوه در بوته، عملکرد بیولوژیک و عملکرد اقتصادی بود که بر اساس نتایج، مصرف سطوح مختلف کود دامی و تیمارهای کود زیستی و برهمکنش آن‌ها بر صفات مورد بررسی معنی‌دار شد. بیشترین مقدار عملکرد اقتصادی چای ترش برابر با 1290 کیلوگرم درهکتار با مصرف توأم 10 تن در هکتار کود دامی و کود زیستی نیتروکسین به‌ دست آمد. نتایج نشان داد که مصرف تلفیقی کودهای دامی و زیستی، نسبت به مصرف جداگانه آن‌ها می‌تواند در افزایش عملکرد اقتصادی و ویژگی‌های رشدی چای-ترش نقش مؤثری را ایفا کند.

To study the effects of biological and manure fertilizer on quantity and quality characteristics of roselle (Hibiscus Sabdariffa L.), an experiment was conducted as split plot based on a randomized complete block design with three replications at the Agricultural Research Center of Zabol University, Iran during growing season of 2012-2013. Treatments included three manure level; 0, 10 and 20 t.h-1 and eight levels of biofertilizer such as control, nitroxin, bio - sulfur, biological phosphorus, nitroxin+ bio - sulfur, nitroxin+ biological phosphorus, bio - sulfur+ biological phosphorus, nitroxin+ bio - sulfur+ biological phosphorus. Different levels of manure and biofertilizer inoculation were considered as main plots and subplots, respectively. Add manure to the soil and seeds of rossel inoculant treatment was performed with bio - fertilizers before planting. Traits including plant high, stem diameter, number of branches, number of fruits per plant, biological yield and economic yield based on results, levels of manure and fertilizer treatments and their interactions on biological traits were significant. Bio- fertilizers treatments caused significant differences on all meantioned traits. Interaction between treatments showed that the maximum economic yield equal to 1290 kg.h-1 roselle consumption combined with 10 t.h-1 manure+ nitroxin. The results showed that combined use of manure and biological, rather than taking them separately in increasing economic yield and growth characteristics roselle can play an effective role.
