چکیده

زیره سبز (Cuminum cyminum L.) یکی از مهمترین و اقتصادی ترین گیاهان دارویی است که می تواند در مناطق خشک و نیمه خشک ایران برای تولید در شرایط کمبود آب حائز اهمیت فراوان باشد. جهت بررسی شاخص های رشدی توده بومی زیره‌سبز و یک رقم هندی (Cuminum cyminum L.) در شرایط تنش خشکی و شوری آزمایشی به صورت کرت های دوبار خرد شده در قالب طرح بلوک های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد در سال زراعی 88-1387 انجام شد. کرت‌های اصلی در چهار سطح شامل تعداد آبیاری (یک تا چهار نوبت) در طول فصل رشد زیره‌سبز و کرت‌های فرعی در دو سطح شامل آبیاری با آب با هدایت الکتریکی یک دسی زیمنس بر متر (شاهد) و آب شور با هدایت الکتریکی پنج دسی زیمنس بر متر و کرت های فرعی فرعی در دو سطح شامل توده بومی سرایان و رقم هندی بودند. نتایج نشان داد که تجمع وزن خشک، شاخص سطح سبز، دوام شاخص سطح سبز و سرعت رشد محصول تحت تأثیر اثرات منفی تنش قرار گرفتند. همچنین دو و سه نوبت آبیاری بیشترین اثر مثبت را از نظر این شاخص ها داشتند و پایین ترین میزان از یک و چهار نوبت آبیاری با آب شور به دست آمد. در بین رقم و توده مورد مطالعه نیز توده سرایان در تمامی شاخص های مورد بررسی نسبت به رقم هندی برتری داشت. تیمار استفاده از آب شیرین نیز نسبت به تیمار آب شور از نظر این شاخص ها برتری داشت. بنابراین، با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده تیمار استفاده از آب شیرین به همراه دو یا سه بار آبیاری برای حصول عملکرد بالا توصیه می‌شود.
