چکیده

به¬منظور بررسی تأثیر همزیستی میکوریزایی و کاربرد ازتوباکتر بر خصوصیات کیفی ژنوتیپ¬های مختلف گندم (Triticum aestivum L.) در شرایط دیم منطقه خرم¬آباد، آزمایشی به ¬ صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوک¬های کامل تصادفی با چهار تکرار در منطقه خرم آباد در پاییز سال زراعی 93-1392 انجام شد. تیمارها شامل تلقیح با قارچ میکوریزا (Glomous sp.) در دو سطح (تلقیح و عدم تلقیح)، ازتوباکتر در دو سطح (تلقیح و عدم تلقیح) و ارقام مختلف گندم دیم شامل (سرداری، کوهدشت وکریم) بودند. نتایج نشان داد که اثر رقم بر محتوای فسفر، نیتروژن، پتاسیم و پروتئین دانه معنی¬دار شد. اثر ساده ازتوباکتر بر محتوای نیتروژن، پروتئین و فسفردانه و اثر ساده میکوریزا بر محتوای فسفر، نیتروژن و پروتئین دانه معنی¬دار شد. همچنین اثر متقابل ازتوباکتر و رقم بر محتوای نیتروژن و پروتئین دانه معنی¬دار شد. بالاترین درصد وابستگی میکوریزایی و درصد پاسخ رشد میکوریزایی به¬میزان 52/17 و 24/21 درصد مربوط به رقم کریم بود. در مجموع نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که کاربرد کودهای بیولوژیک نقش مفید و مؤثری در بهبود ویژگی¬های رشد و خصوصیات کیفی ژنوتیپ¬های مختلف گندم در شرایط دیم منطقه خرم آباد دارد.
