چکیده

کاهش مقدار آب قابل دسترس گیاه منجر به تنش خشکی و بروز تغییرات نامناسب مورفولوژیک و فیزیولوژیک در گیاه می­شود. ارزن دم‌روباهی (Setaria italica L.) در مناطق گرمسیر به‌مقدار زیاد کشت می­گردد. به‌منظور بررسی اثر تنش خشکی و سالیسیلیک اسید بر صفات کمّی و کیفی علوفه ارزن دم‌روباهی رقم باستان در شرايط آب‌وهوایی سیستان، آزمایشی به‌صورت کرت­های خرد شده بر پایه طرح بلوک­های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در مزرعه پژوهشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه زابل در سال زراعی 96-1395 انجام شد. تیمارهای آزمایش شامل سه سطح آبیاری به‌عنوان عامل اصلی (45، 65 و 85 درصد رطوبت ظرفیت زراعی مزرعه) و عامل فرعی مقادیر سالیسیلیک اسید در چهار سطح (0، 75/0، 5/1 و 3 میلی­مولار) به‌صورت محلول­پاشی لحاظ گردید. مقدار آب مصرفی در 100 درصد آبیاری برابر با 4/662 لیتر در مترمربع بود. صفات مورد مطالعه شامل عملکرد علوفه خشک، قابلیت هضم­ماده خشک، کربوهیدرات محلول در آب، پروتئین خام، فیبر خام، الیاف نامحلول در شوینده اسیدی، الیاف نامحلول در شوینده خنثی و خاکستر بودند. با توجه به مقایسه میانگین اثر متقابل تیمارها، حداکثر عملکرد علوفه خشک (34/12 تن در هکتار) و قابلیت هضم ماده خشک (85/68%) از تیمارهای آبیاری کامل و کاربرد 3 میلی­مولار سالیسیلیک اسید حاصل شد. بالاترین کربوهیدرات محلول در آب (81/13%) و پروتئین خام (93/18%) به‌ترتیب از تنش شدید × 5/1 میلی­مولار سالیسیلیک اسید و شاهد × 5/1 میلی­مولار سالیسیلیک اسید حاصل گردید. بیشترین الیاف نامحلول در شوینده اسیدی (31/41%)، الیاف نامحلول در شوینده خنثی (51/81%) و کمترین فیبر خام (5/23%) در شرایط تنش خشکی شدید و بدون سالیسیلیک اسید به‌دست آمد. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که کاربرد 3 میلی­مولار سالیسیلیک اسید اثرات منفی تنش خشکی را کاهش داده و می­تواند در بالا بردن کیفیت علوفه ارزن در منطقه سیستان و شرایط مشابه مؤثر باشد.
