چکیده

زيره سبز (Cuminum cyminum L.) از مهم‌ترين گياهان دارويي اهلي در ايران و يکي از قديمي­ترين دانه­هاي ادويه­اي بوده که توسط بشر استفاده می­شده است. جهت بررسي اثر تاريخ کاشت بر ويژگي‏هاي کمّي و کيفي اکوتيپ‏هاي مختلف زيره سبز، آزمايش مزرعه‏اي به‌صورت کرت­هاي خرد شده در قالب طرح بلوک‏هاي کامل تصادفي با سه تکرار در شهرستان سبزوار در سال زراعي 96- 1395 انجام شد. سه تاريخ کاشت 30 دي‌ماه، 20 بهمن‌ماه و 10 اسفند ماه و چهار اکوتيپ‏ زيره سبز شامل سبزوار، بيرجند، کرمان و بيارجمند به‌ترتيب به‌عنوان عامل کرت‌هاي اصلي و فرعي مدنظر قرار گرفتند. در این آزمایش صفات ارتفاع بوته، تعداد چتر در بوته، تعداد بذر در چتر، وزن هزار دانه، عملکرد بیولوژیک، عملکرد دانه، عملکرد و درصد اسانس مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. نتايج نشان داد که بيشترين تعداد چتر در بوته، ارتفاع بوته، وزن هزار دانه، عملکرد دانه و بيولوژيک همچنين درصد اسانس در تاريخ کاشت 30 دي‌ماه به‌دست آمد و تأخير در کاشت باعث کاهش ويژگي‏هاي کمّي و کيفي زيره سبز گرديد. در بين اکوتيپ‏هاي مورد بررسي، اکوتيپ سبزوار بيشترين تعداد چتر در بوته، ارتفاع بوته، عملکرد بيولوژيک و درصد اسانس را دارا بود. بيشترين تعداد بذر در هر چتر، عملکرد دانه و اسانس نيز در اکوتيپ سبزوار و در تاريخ کاشت 30 دي‌ماه توليد گرديد. به‌طوری‌که عملکرد دانه و اسانس اکوتیپ سبزوار در تاریخ کاشت 30 دی ماه در مقایسه با 10 اسفند ماه به‌ترتیب 5/47 و7/77 درصد افزایش نشان داد. بنابراين، با توجه به پاسخ بهتر اکوتيپ سبزوار در تاريخ کشت 30 دي‌ماه براي منطقه سبزوار، مطالعات بيشتر براي معرفي اين اکوتيپ به کشاورزان منطقه توصيه مي­گردد.
