چکیده

بالا بودن ميزان pH خاک و تأثیر آن بر قابليت استفاده از عناصر غذايي و هم‌چنين کمبود مواد آلي موجب شده ميزان توليد از پتانسيل عملکرد محصول فاصله بگيرد. اين تحقيق به‌منظور بررسي تأثیر دو ماده اصلاح‌کننده خاک، کود دامي و گوگرد بر عملکرد کمّي و کيفي ارقام کنجد (Sesamum indicum L.) طي سال 1395 در مرکز تحقيقات کشاورزي و منابع طبيعي استان کرمان به‌صورت فاکتوريل و در قالب طرح بلوک­هاي کامل تصادفي در سه تکرار اجرا گرديد. تيمارهاي آزمايش شامل کود گاوي در دو سطح (0 و 20 تن در هکتار)، گوگرد پودري در چهار سطح (0، 2، 4 و 8 تن در هکتار) و ارقام شامل جيرفت-13 و توده محلي جيرفت بودند. صفات مورد بررسي شامل عملکرد دانه، شاخص برداشت، محتوي روغن و پروتئين دانه و غلظت فسفر و گوگرد برگ ارقام کنجد بودند. نتايج نشان داد که بالاترين سطح گوگرد (8 تن در هکتار) به‌جز شاخص برداشت موجب افزايش معني­داري در صفات مورد بررسي نسبت به تيمار شاهد گرديد. هم‌چنين اثرات متقابل کود گاوي و گوگرد نيز بر تعدادي از صفات معني­دار گرديد طوري­که بيش‌ترين عملکرد دانه مربوط به رقم جيرفت-13 در بالاترين سطح گوگرد و کود گاوي (20 تن در هکتار) بود. رقم جيرفت-13 بيش‌ترين ميزان درصد روغن و پروتئين دانه و هم‌چنين شاخص برداشت را نسبت به توده محلي جيرفت داشت. اثرات تيمارهاي گوگرد و کود گاوي بر ميزان روغن و پروتئين دانه معني­دار بود و بيش‌ترين مقدار مربوط به کاربرد توأم گوگرد و کود گاوي بود. کاربرد گوگرد هم‌چنين موجب افزايش غلظت اين عنصر در برگ­هاي گياه گرديد و هم‌چنين به‌دليل کاهش موضعي pH خاک تأثیر معني­داري در افزايش جذب فسفر داشت. نتايج نشان داد مصرف تلفيقي گوگرد و کود گاوي را مي­توان به‌عنوان راهکاري اکولوژيک در راستاي دستيابي به افزايش رشد و توليد کمّي و کيفي گياهان روغني به‌ويژه در خاک­هاي با قليايي، مد نظر قرار داد.
