چکیده

یکی از دقیق­ترین راه­های مطالعه واکنش گیاهان به شرایط محیطی ارزیابی شاخص­های رشدی می­باشد. به همین منظور  حاضر با هدف بررسی اثرات تنش رطوبتی و کود دامی بر برخی شاخص­های رشدی و تجمع وزن خشک دو گونه گیاه دارویی آویشن باغی (.Thymus vulgaris L) و آویشن دنایی (Thymus daenensis celak.) به­صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوک­های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه بیرجند در سال زراعی 1394 اجرا گردید. فاکتورهای آزمایش شامل سطوح رطوبتی (100، 67 و 33 درصد ظرفیت زراعی)، گونه­های آویشن (دنایی و باغی) و کود دامی (کود گاوی) (عدم کاربرد و کاربرد 30 تن در هکتار) بودند. تنش باعث کاهش معنی­دار شاخص سطح برگ (LAI)، سرعت رشد محصول (CGR)، سرعت آسیمیلاسیون خالص (NAR)، سطح ویژه برگ (SLA)، نسبت وزن برگ (LWR) و تجمع وزن خشک کل (TDM) گردید و تنها تأثیر غیر معنی­داری بر سرعت رشد نسبی (RGR) داشت. تیمار کود دامی تأثیر مثبتی بر شاخص­های رشد و افزایش TDM داشت و به همین دلیل مصرف کودهای دامی در مدیریت منابع غذایی و رطوبتی و در شرایط تنش خشکی جهت حصول عملکرد کمی مطلوب قابل توصیه می­باشد. همچنین در بین دو گونه مورد آزمایش گونه آویشن دنایی با دارا بودن میزان بالاتر شاخص­های رشدی(به­استثناء نسبت وزن برگ) و دارا بودن تجمع وزن خشک بالاتر (TDM) نسبت به گونه آویشن باغی برتری داشت و به عنوان گونه برتر در این آزمایش معرفی می­گردد.
