مطالعه عملکرد کمی و کیفی و نسبت برابری زمین آفتابگردان (Helianthus annuus L.) در سریهای کشت مخلوط با لوبیا (Phaseolus vulgaris L.)
این آزمایش با هدف بررسی عملکرد، کیفیت دانه و نسبت برابری زمین در کشت مخلوط آفتابگردان (Helianthus annuus L.) و لوبیا (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار و نه تیمار در دانشگاه بوعلی سینا همدان در سال زراعی 90-1389 اجرا شد. تیمارهای آزمایش شامل کشتهای مخلوط افزایشی 25، 50، 75 و 100 درصد لوبیا با آفتابگردان و کشتهای مخلوط جایگزینی 75:25، 50:50 و 25:75 (لوبیا:آفتابگردان) و کشت خالص دو گونه بودند. نتایج نشان داد که با تغییر الگوی کشت از خالص به مخلوط، وزن دانه، وزن مغز، نسبت مغز به دانه، عملکرد دانه، عملکرد بیولوژیک، شاخص برداشت، درصد و عملکرد روغن و عملکرد پروتئین آفتابگردان به طور معنیداری کاهش یافت، ولی درصد پروتئین و قرائت کلروفیلمتر افزایش نشان داد. بیشترین عملکرد دانه آفتابگردان (353 گرم در مترمربع) از کشت خالص بدون اختلاف معنیدار با کشت مخلوط افزایشی 50 درصد لوبیا با آفتابگردان به دست آمد. اثر تیمارها به استثنای تعداد دانه در غلاف و درصد پروتئین بر تعداد غلاف در بوته، وزن صد دانه، عملکرد دانه و بیولوژیک، شاخص برداشت، عملکرد پروتئین و قرائت کلروفیلمتر لوبیا معنیدار شد. بیشترین عملکرد دانه لوبیا (305 گرم در مترمربع) نیز از تیمار کشت خالص حاصل شد. در کلیه تیمارهای مخلوط، نسبت برابری زمین بیشتر و شاخص رقابت کمتر از یک بود. تیمار کشت مخلوط افزایشی 50 درصد لوبیا با آفتابگردان، کمترین مقدار شاخص رقابت (03/0) و بیشترین مقدار نسبت برابری زمین (66/1) را داشت. بنابراین، به نظر میرسد تیمار کشت مخلوط افزایشی 50 درصد لوبیا با آفتابگردان، برای تولید حداکثر محصول در اجتماع گیاهی آفتابگردان و لوبیا مناسبتر است.

بررسی مدل مناسب تعیین نیاز آبی زعفران (Crocus sativus L.) و تعیین میزان تنشهای آبی وارده
زعفران (Crocus sativus L.) گیاهی نیمهگرمسیری است که کشت آن در استانهای خراسان جنوبی و رضوی از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. با توجه به اهمیت مقدار آب آبیاری در عملکرد زعفران، این تحقیق به منظور تعیین مناسبترین معادله تبخیر- تعرق نسبت به مدل فائو پنمن مانتیث ( و ارائه یک مدل تک پارامتره) در دشت بیرجند انجام شد. بدین منظور از آمارههای R2، MBE، RMSE و EF برای مقایسه معادلات تبخیر- تعرق نسبت به معادله فائو- پنمن- مانتیث استفاده شد. همچنین مقدار آب آبیاری توسط کشاورزان در این دشت تعیین گردید و با نیاز آبی به دست آمده توسط معادله فائو- پنمن- مانتیث مقایسه شد. نتایج نشان داد که معادلات بلانی- کریدل، جنسن- هیز اصلاح شده و هارگریوز از دقت بهتری نسبت به سایر معادلات برخوردار بودند. همچنین نیاز آبی زعفران در دشت بیرجند با استفاده از روش فائو- پنمن- مانتیث 2350 مترمکعب در هکتار برای یک فصل زراعی برآورد شد و معادله هارگریوز با اختلاف 23/161- مترمکعب در هکتار نسبت به این روش، به عنوان مدلی مناسب تعیین گردید. همچنین با ارائه مدل تک پارامتره مبتنی بر دما مشاهده شد که این معادله تک پارامتره، برآورد دقیقی نسبت به سایر روشهای تعیین تبخیر- تعرق داشت. اختلاف آب به کار برده شده توسط کشاورزان و نیاز آبی برآورد شده توسط معادله فائو- پنمن- مانتیث برابر 17/1184 مترمکعب در هکتار برای یک فصل زراعی تعیین گردید. با توجه به پراکندگی مزارع زعفران و عدم دسترسی به همه پارامترهای هواشناسی، استفاده از معادله هارگریوز و معادله تک پارامتره مبتنی بر میانگین دما، به منظور تعیین دقیق نیاز آبیاری، پیشنهاد میشود.

به منظور بررسی تأثیر قطع آبیاری در مرحله گلدهی و محلولپاشی با اسپرمیدین بر درصد، عملکرد و میزان ترکیبات اسانس تودههای مختلف زیرهسبز (Cuminum cyminum L.) آزمایشی به صورت طرح کرتهای دوبار خرد شده بر پایه طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه شهید باهنر کرمان در سال زراعی 93-1392 اجرا شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل آبیاری در دو سطح (1- آبیاری کامل و 2- قطع آبیاری در شروع مرحله گلدهی) به عنوان فاکتور اصلی، محلولپاشی اسپرمیدین در سه سطح (صفر، یک و دو میلیمولار) به عنوان فاکتور فرعی و اکوتیپ زیره در سه سطح (1- کرمان، 2- خراسان و 3- اصفهان) به عنوان فاکتور فرعی فرعی بود. در این پژوهش، درصد، عملکرد و ترکیبات موجود در اسانس زیرهسبز مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که درصد و عملکرد اسانس به طور معنیداری تحت تأثیر تیمارهای آبیاری و تودههای مختلف زیرهسبز قرار گرفت ولی محلولپاشی اسپرمیدین تأثیر معنیداری بر این صفات نداشت. تیمار قطع آبیاری باعث افزایش درصد و کاهش عملکرد اسانس نسبت به شرایط آبیاری کامل شد. نتایج حاکی از تأثیرپذیری بیشتر عملکرد اسانس از عملکرد دانه نسبت به درصد اسانس بود. هر دو صفت درصد و عملکرد اسانس در تودههای کرمان و خراسان به طور معنیداری بیشتر از توده اصفهان بود. بیشترین میزان اسانس (92/14 کیلوگرم در هکتار) در تیمار محلولپاشی یک میلیمولار و برای توده خراسان حاصل شد و کمترین میزان این صفت (87/6 کیلوگرم در هکتار) در تیمار عدم محلولپاشی برای توده اصفهان به دست آمد. ترکیبات β-Pinene، p-Cymene، γ-Terpinene، Cuminaldehyde، p-Mentha-1,4-dien-7-ol و ɣ-Terpinene-7-al بخش اصلی اجزاء اسانس را در تودههای مختلف زیرهسبز شامل شدند. در دو توده کرمان (30/29 درصد) و خراسان (70/32 درصد) ترکیب Cuminaldehyde و در توده اصفهان ترکیب ɣ-Terpinene-7-al (40/23 درصد) بیشترین درصد را در بین کل اجزاء اسانس به خود اختصاص دادند. به طور کلی، دو توده کرمان و خراسان از نظر ترکیبات اسانس شباهت بیشتری نشان دادند.

اثر بقایای گیاهی و سطوح عناصر غذایی پرمصرف بر عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد گندم (Triticum aestivum L.)
این آزمایش به منظور ارزیابی اثر بقایای گیاهی و سطوح مختلف کود کامل NPK بر عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد گندم (Triticum aestivum L.) در شرایط آب و هوایی اهواز در طی سالهای زراعی 93-1391 انجام شد. آزمایش به صورت اسپلیت پلات با طرح پایه بلوکهای کامل تصادفی و در سه تکرار انجام شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی عبارت بودند از بقایای گیاهی در هشت سطح شامل CR1: کاه و کلش گندم؛ CR2: بقایای کلزا (Brassica napus L.)؛ CR3: بقایای جو (Hordeum vulgare L.)؛ CR4: بقایای جو + ماشک گل خوشهای (Vicia villosa Roth.)؛ CR5: کاه و کلش گندم + کود سبز ماش (Phaseolus aureus L.)؛ CR6: بقایای ماشک علوفهای (Vicia sativa L.)؛ CR7: بقایای ماش دانهای (Vigna radiate L. Wilczek )؛ CR8: بدون کاربرد بقایای گیاهی در کرتهای اصلی و کود کامل NPK در سه سطح F1: (180N-120P-100K)، F2: (140N- 95P - 80K) و F3: (90N- 60P-40 K) کیلوگرم در هکتار در کرتهای فرعی قرار داده شدند. صفات مورد بررسی شامل عملکرد دانه، عملکرد بیولوژیک، تعداد سنبله در واحد سطح، تعداد دانه در سنبله، وزن هزار دانه، طول سنبله، شاخص برداشت، درصد پروتئین بودند. صفات اندازه-گیری شده تحت اثر بقایای گیاهی و سطوح کودی و اثر متقابل بین آنها قرار گرفتند. عملکرد بیولوژیک، تعداد سنبله در مترمربع، درصد پروتئین و ارتفاع بوته با افزایش مصرف کودهای NPK افزایش نشان دادند، در حالیکه تفاوت معنیداری بین سطح کودی F1 با F2 کیلوگرم در هکتار از لحاظ عملکرد دانه و تعداد دانه در سنبله وجود نداشت، ولی نسبت به تیمار F3 افزایش معنیداری نشان دادند. عملکرد دانه گندم در تیمار کاه و کلش گندم + ماش (کود سبز) 26 درصد افزایش عملکرد نسبت به تیمار بدون بقایا نشان داد و تیمارهای کاه جو + ماشک گل خوشهای (کود سبز)، کاه جو، کاه گندم، بقایای کلزا، بقایای ماشک علوفهای و کاه و کلش ماش به ترتیب با 23، 18، 14، 10، 7 و 7 درصد افزایش عملکرد در رتبههای بعدی قرار داشتند. همچنین، عملکرد گندم در سطح کودی F2 در تیمار کاه و کلش جو + ماشک (کود سبز) 25 درصد بالاتر از عملکرد آن در سطح کودی F1 در تیمار بدون بقایا بود. این نشان میدهد که با کاربرد بقایای گیاهی با کیفیت مناسب ضمن افزایش تولید گندم، عملکرد آن کمتر تحت تأثیر نهادههای شیمیایی مثل کودهای معدنی قرار میگیرد. بنابراین، کاربرد کاه و کلش غلات و کود سبز لگوم در سطح کودی F2 میتواند باعث افزایش عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد گندم گردد.

تأثیر کودهای بیولوژیک و شیمیایی بر عملکرد دانه، روغن و برخی صفات زراعی گلرنگ (Carthamus tinctorius L.) تحت رژیمهای مختلف آبیاری
جهت بررسی تأثیر کودهای بیولوژیک و شیمایی بر عملکرد دانه، روغن و برخی صفات زراعی گلرنگ (Carthamus tinctorius L.) تحت رژیمهای مختلف آبیاری آزمایشی به صورت کرتهای خرد شده بر پایه طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه پیام نور زابل در سال زراعی 92-1391 اجرا شد. رژیم آبیاری در سه سطح شامل: I1: آبیاری در تمام مراحل رشد ( شاهد) I2: قطع آبیاری از زمان کاشت تا گلدهی و آبیاری در مراحل گلدهی و پرشدن دانه I3: آبیاری در مراحل روزت، ساقه رفتن، طبق دهی و قطع آبیاری در مراحل گلدهی و پرشدن دانه؛ به عنوان کرتهای اصلی و منابع کودی شامل، F1: عدم مصرف کود شیمیایی (شاهد) F2: مصرف خالص کود شیمیایی (نیتروژن، فسفر و پتاسیم) به ترتیب 99، 44 و 123 کیلوگرم در هکتار F3: مصرف نیتروکسین (دو لیتر در هکتار) F4: مصرف ازتوباکتر (دو لیتر در هکتار) F5: مصرف نیتروکارا (100 گرم در هکتار) به عنوان کرتهای فرعی بودند. نتایج نشان داد، عملکرد دانه در شرایط عدم تنش با میانگین 1539 کیلوگرم در هکتار نسبت به شرایط قطع آب در فاز رویشی (روزت، ساقه رفتن و طبق دهی) و قطع آبیاری در فاز زایشی (گلدهی و پرشدن) به ترتیب 27 و 45 درصد افزایش داشت. اگر چه در بین کودهای بیولوژیک از نظر عملکرد دانه اختلاف معنیدار وجود نداشت اما کود بیولوژیک نیتروکارا نسبت به تیمار شاهد (عدم مصرف کود) 19 درصد افزایش نشان داد. با افزایش اثر شدت تنش میزان محتوی نسبی آب برگ نسبت به شاهد کاهش یافت به طوری که کمترین محتوی نسبی آب برگ در تیمار قطع آب در فاز رویشی مشاهده شد، اما با مصرف کودهای بیولوژیک روند تغییرات محتوی نسبی آب برگ افزایشی بود. اثر متقابل تنش خشکی و کود بیولوژیک بر عملکرد دانه معنیدار بود. به طور کلی، نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که آبیاری در همه مراحل رشد به ویژه مراحل حساس به خشکی (گلدهی و پرشدن دانه) و استفاده از کودهای بیولوژیکی سازگار مانند نیتروکارا و نیتروکسین، تأثیر مثبت در بهبود عملکرد کمی و کیفی گلرنگ داشت.

اثر دو گونه قارچ میکوریزا و سطوح مختلف اسیدهیومیک و کودهای شیمیایی بر عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد آفتابگردان (Helianthus annuus L.)
کاربرد نهادههای شیمیایی در کشاورزی ممکن است از طریق اثرات منفی بر میکروارگانیسمهای خاک، به کاهش حاصلخیزی آن منجر شود. در این رابطه تلاشهای زیادی برای یافتن راههای مناسب به منظور ارتقاء کیفیت خاک و محصولات کشاورزی انجام شده است. یکی از این راهکارها به کار بردن کودهای آلی و کودهای زیستی می باشد. لذا به منظور بررسی اثرات قارچ میکوریزا در سطوح مختلف اسیدهیومیک و کودهای شیمیایی بر عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد آفتابگردان (Helianthus annuus L.) (اوروفلور) این تحقیق در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه کردستان در سال زراعی 91-1390 اجرا گردید. آزمایش به صورت اسپلیت پلات فاکتوریل در قالب طرح پایه بلوک های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار انجام شد. فاکتور اول کود شیمیایی شامل نیتروژن و فسفر در سه سطح صفر، 50 و 100 درصد (صفر درصد معادل عدم کاربرد کود، 50 درصد معادل 5/37 کیلوگرم اوره و 25 کیلوگرم کود سوپرفسفات تریپل و 100 درصد معادل 75 کیلوگرم در هکتار کود اوره و 50 کیلوگرم در هکتار کود سوپرفسفات تریپل) که در کرت های اصلی جای گرفت و فاکتور دوم قارچ میکوریزا در دو سطح (G. intraradices و G. mosseae) و فاکتور سوم اسیدهیومیک در سه سطح صفر، هشت و 16 کیلوگرم در هکتار که در کرت های فرعی قرار گرفتند. صفاتی که در این آزمایش اندازه گیری شدند شامل عملکرد دانه، ارتفاع ساقه، قطر طبق و تعداد دانه در طبق، وزن هزار دانه و درصد روغن دانه بودند. نتایج نشان داد که اثر متقابل کود شیمیایی و میکوریزا بر درصد روغن، وزن هزار دانه و تعداد دانه در طبق معنی دار بودند. بیشترین درصد روغن دانه با کاربرد قارچ G. mosseae در سطح مصرف 100 درصد کود شیمیایی و کمترین درصد آن با کاربرد قارچ G. intraradices و بدون مصرف کود شیمیایی به دست آمد. اثر متقابل کود شیمیایی و اسیدهیومیک نیز بر صفات درصد روغن، وزن هزار دانه، تعداد دانه در طبق و عملکرد دانه معنی دار بودند. اثر متقابل میکوریزا و اسیدهیومیک نیز بر وزن هزار دانه، تعداد دانه در طبق و عملکرد دانه معنی دار بود. سطح دوم اسیدهیومیک و قارچ G. intraradices، به طور معنی داری از بیشترین میزان عملکرد دانه برخوردار بود. اثر متقابل سه گانه کود شیمیایی، اسیدهیومیک و میکوریزا نیز بر درصد روغن، عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد معنی دار بود. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که قارچ های مایکوریزا و سطوح مختلف اسیدهیومیک موجب افزایش درصد روغن، عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد می شوند.

به منظور بررسی اثر مصرف کودهای ورمیکمپوست و میکوریزا بر عملکرد دانه و برخی خصوصیات فیزیولوژیکی سویا (Glycine max L.) در شرایط تنش کمآبی، آزمایشی در مرکز تحقیقات کشاورزی شهرستان خرم آباد در سال 1392 اجرا گردید. آزمایش به صورت کرتهای خرد شده در قالب طرح پایه بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در چهار تکرار اجرا شد. عامل اصلی شامل انجام آبیاری پس از 60، 120 و 180 میلیمتر تبخیر از تشتک تبخیر کلاس A و فاکتور فرعی شامل مدیریت تغذیهای (عدم مصرف کودهای میکوریزا و ورمیکمپوست، تلقیح با کود زیستی میکوریزا گونه (Glomus hoi.)، مصرف پنج و 10 تن در هکتار کود ورمیکمپوست، مصرف پنج و 10 تن در هکتار کود ورمیکمپوست به همراه میکوریزا) بودند. نتایج نشان داد که بر همکنش تنش کمآبی × سطوح کودی بر دمای بالا و پایین سایهانداز بوته معنیدار بود. استفاده از کودهای تلفیقی در شرایط تنش کمآبی سبب کاهش دمای برگهای بوته گردید. تنش کمآبی منجر به کاهش صفات شاخص سطح برگ، محتوای نسبی آب برگ و عددکلروفیلمتر شد. در واکنش به سطوح کودی، بیشترین میزان شاخص سطح برگ و محتوای نسبی آب برگ در تیمارهای مصرف تلفیقی ورمیکمپوست به همراه میکوریزا به دست آمد. با افزایش تنش کمآبی میزان سرعت پر شدن دانه افزایش ولی طول دوره مؤثر پر شدن دانه، وزن نهایی و عملکرد دانه کاهش یافت. بیشترین عملکرد دانه در تیمارهای مصرف تلفیقی پنج و 10 تن در هکتار ورمیکمپوست به همراه میکوریزا به دست آمد که به ترتیب 23 و 29 درصد بیشتر از تیمار شاهد بود. به نظر میرسد استفاده تلفیقی از کودهای ورمیکمپوست و میکوریزا در مناطقی که در معرض تنش کمآبی هستند، از طریق بهبود شرایط فیزیولوژیک گیاه میتواند موجب بهبود شرایط رشد گیاه و حصول عملکرد بالاتر گردد.

بررسی مدیریت کودی بر عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد سیاهدانه (Nigella sativa L.)
به منظور بررسی اثرات منابع آلی و غیر آلی نیتروژن بر عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد سیاهدانه (Nigella sativa L.)، آزمایشی در قالب طرح بلوک های کامل تصادفی با 11 تیمار و سه تکرار در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد در سال زراعی 89-1388 اجرا شد. تیمارهای آزمایش شامل کود شیمیایی اوره، تلفیق کود شیمیایی اوره + کود بیولوژیک نیتروکسین، تلفیق کود شیمیایی اوره + میکوریزا، تلفیق کود شیمیایی اوره + کود بیولوژیک نیتروکسین + میکوریزا، تلفیق کود شیمیایی اوره + کود بیولوژیک بیوسولفور، کود گاوی، تلفیق کود گاوی + کود بیولوژیک نیتروکسین، تلفیق کود گاوی + میکوریزا، تلفیق کود گاوی + کود بیولوژیک نیتروکسین + میکوریزا، تلفیق کود گاوی + کود بیولوژیک بیوسولفور و شاهد بودند. نتایج آزمایش حاکی از آن بود که اعمال تیمارهای مربوط به کود گاوی و نیز کود اوره در افزایش عملکرد دانه و بیولوژیک سیاهدانه معنی دار بود. با این وجود، کود گاوی در مقایسه با کود اوره به طور معنی دار تأثیر بیشتری در افزایش شاخص های ذکر شده داشت. همچنین به جز کود بیولوژیک بیوسولفور، سایر کودهای بیولوژیک تأثیر معنی داری در افزایش این شاخص ها نداشتند. با توجه به این که در راستای توسعه کشاورزی پایدار، استفاده از نهاده های طبیعی و زیستی به عنوان یک اصل شناخته می شود، در مناطق دارای خاک های آهکی، کاربرد کودهای آلی (مانند کود گاوی) به همراه استفاده از کود بیولوژیک بیوسولفور می تواند در کاهش مشکلات ناشی از استفاده زیاد از کودهای شیمیایی مفید باشد.

بوم نظامهای طبیعی و زراعی به دلیل ماهیت چند کارکردی خود علاوه بر تولید غذا، علوفه، پوشاک، سوخت و دارو خدمات متنوع و با ارزش دیگری را نیز ارائه میکنند که اهمیت اقتصادی آنها پنهان مانده است. ارزش گذاری خدمات بومنظام مناسب ترین راه حل برای جلب توجه جامعه و سیاست گذاران به این خدمات و در نتیجه تلاش در جهت حفظ و ارتقاء آنها میباشد. در این پژوهش ارزش اقتصادی خدمات و تبعات محیطی ناشی از روشهای مدیریت در مزارع گندم (aestivum L. Triticum) استان خراسان رضوی در طی سالهای 85-1370 مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. اطلاعات لازم از طریق پرسشنامههای تکمیل شده در 40 مزرعه گندم که از نظر مساحت، روش مدیریت و میزان مصرف نهادهها متفاوت بودند استخراج گردید. با توجه به اطلاعات حاصل، ارزش شش نوع از خدمات اکوسیستمی این مزارع (تولید غذا و علوفه، ترسیب کربن، تولید اکسیژن، تنوع زیستی، حفظ رطوبت و گردشگری) و دو مورد تبعات منفی آنها (تولید گازهای گلخانهای و نشت نیتروژن و فسفر به محیط) بر اساس بهای دلار (معادل ریالی ارزش دلار در سال 2007 میلادی) برآورد گردید. نتایج نشان داد که میانگین ارزش کل خدمات اکوسیستم در مزارع تحت بررسی با کسر ارزش تبعات منفی معادل 106× 85/66 ریال در هکتار در سال بود. خدمات اتمسفری (تولید اکسیژن و ترسیب کربن) در حدود 65 درصد از ارزش کل خدمات در مزارع گندم را به خود اختصاص دادند در حالیکه ارزش غذا و علوفه تولید شده در مزارع که مهمترین خدمات اکوسیستمهای زراعی محسوب میشوند 21 درصد و تنوع زیستی 3/9 درصد از ارزش کل را شامل میشدند. سهم سایر موارد از ارزش کل خدمات در مزارع تحت بررسی ناچیز و کمتر از پنج درصد بود. به طور کلی ارزش خدمات غیرقابل فروش در حدود 60 درصد بیشتر از ارزش غذا و علوفه تولید شده بود. بر اساس یافتههای این تحقیق با افزایش عملکرد گندم به بالاتر از چهار تن در هکتار، ارزش کل خدمات اکوسیستم کاهش یافت در حالیکه با افزایش ارزش خدمات تأمین کننده (غذا و علوفه)، هزینه تبعات منفی محیطی افزایشی خطی داشت.

بررسی تأثیر پرایمینگ بذر و نشاءکاری بر برخی صفات مورفولوژیک، عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد ذرت فوق شیرین (Zea mays L. var. saccharata)
یکی از مشکلات کشت ذرت شیرین (Zea mays L. var. saccharata) سبز شدن ضعیف بذرهای این گیاه می باشد که این امر سبب عدم دستیابی به تراکم مطلوب و عدم یکنواختی پراکنش بوته ها می شود و باعث کاهش کارایی مصرف نهاده ها می شود. به نظر می رسد بتوان از پرایمینگ بذر و نشاکاری در جهت رفع مشکل بد سبزی ذرت شیرین استفاده نمود. به منظور بررسی اثر پرایمینگ بذر و نشاکاری بر برخی صفات مورفولوژیک، اجزای عملکرد و عملکرد ذرت فوق شیرین آزمایشی در سه بخش آزمایشگاهی (در آزمایشگاه بذر دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه فردوسی)، گلخانه ای و مزرعه ای در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد که بخش آزمایشگاهی و گلخانه ای در سال 1392 در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با چهار تکرار و بخش مزرعه ای در سال زراعی 92-1391 به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح پایه بلوک کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار انجام شد. فاکتورهای مورد مطالعه در مزرعه شامل پرایمینگ بذر در چهار سطح (شاهد، هیدروپرایمینگ پلیاتیلنگلایکول 4/0- مگاپاسکال و سولفات سدیم 1/0 درصد) و نحوه کاشت در چهار سطح (کشت مستقیم در تاریخ 15 خرداد، کشت مستقیم در تاریخ پنج تیر، نشاکاری در سلول 25 سی سی و نشاکاری در سلول 100 سی سی) بود. صفات تعداد بوته استقرار یافته، ارتفاع بوته، تعداد برگ در بوته، تعداد برگ بالای بلال، طول بلال، تعداد ردیف دانه، تعداد دانه در ردیف، وزن هزار دانه و عملکرد دانه مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که پرایمینگ بذر در سطح مزرعه اثر معنیداری بر صفات مورد بررسی نداشت حال آنکه فاکتور نحوه کاشت بر تمام صفات مورد بررسی دارای تأثیر معنیدار بود. اثرات متقابل تأثیر معنیداری بر صفات مورد مطالعه به غیر از صفت طول بلال نداشت. عملکرد دانه در تیمارهای نشاکاری بالاتر از کشت مستقیم بود به نحوی که بالاترین عملکرد از کشت درون سینی با میزان 11/10 تن در هکتار به دست آمد و پایینترین عملکرد مربوط به تیمار کشت مستقیم بذر در پنج تیر ماه با میزان 5/6 تن در هکتار بود. نتایج نشان داد تعداد بوته استقرار یافته بالاترین همبستگی را با عملکرد دانه داشت (r=0.64**). به طور کلی تعداد بوته استقرار یافته در تیمارهای نشاکاری بالاتر از کشت مستقیم بود. بنابراین می توان چنین نتیجه گرفت که با نشاکاری این گیاه مشکل بد سبزی بر طرف شده و در نهایت افزایش عملکرد را در پی خواهد داشت. می توان نشاکاری را به عنوان روشی مناسب برای افزایش عملکرد و در نهایت افزایش کارایی مصرف نهاده ها در ذرت شیرین معرفی کرد.
