تأثیر دور آبیاری و کود نیتروژن بر عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد رویشی و زایشی ریحان (Ocimum basilicum L.) در منطقه بیرجند
به منظور مطالعه سطوح آبیاری و نیتروژن بر عملکرد رویشی و زایشی ریحان، آزمایش مزرعه ای در بیرجند (منطقه مود) در بهار و تابستان سال 1389 اجرا شد. آزمایش به صورت کرتهای خرد شده در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار اجرا شد. کرت اصلی به دور آبیاری با دو سطح هفت و چهارده روز و کرت فرعی به مقدار نیتروژن با چهار سطح صفر (شاهد)، 50، 100 و 150 کیلوگرم نیتروژن در هکتار (به صورت اوره) اختصاص داشت. نتایج آنالیز واریانس داده ها نشان داد که سطوح آبیاری و کود نیتروژن بر اغلب صفات مورد مطالعه ریحان تأثیر معنی داری داشتند. عملکرد دانه با دور آبیاری هفت روز 5/34 گرم بر مترمربع بود که نسبت به دور آبیاری 14 روز حدود 4/18 درصد افزایش نشان داد. بیشترین عملکرد دانه در سطوح 150 و 100 کیلوگرم در هکتار نیتروژن به دست آمد که نسبت به شاهد 1/36 و 4/29 درصد بیشتر بود. عملکرد رویشی کل (3/153 گرم بر مترمربع) در مدار آبیاری یک هفته حدود 6/14 درصد نسبت به آبیاری هر دو هفته (8/133 گرم بر مترمربع) افزایش نشان داد. کاربرد 150 کیلوگرم در هکتار نیتروژن بیشترین زیستتوده کل را ایجاد نمود و کمترین آن در سطوح صفر و 50 کیلوگرم در هکتار نیتروژن بهدست آمد. تعداد سنبله در بوته فقط تحت تأثیر کاربرد سطوح کود قرار گرفت. تیمارهای آبیاری و کود نیتروژن اثری بر وزن دانه ریحان نداشتند. با افزایش دور آبیاری از یک هفته به دو هفته عملکرد برگ ریحان از 4/144 به 119 گرم در مترمربع (معادل 3/21 درصد) کاهش یافت. با افزایش میزان کاربرد کود نیتروژن عملکرد برگ و بخش رویشی روند افزایشی نشان دادند.

اثر ورمیکمپوست و کودهای زیستی بر عملکرد رویشی و اسانس ریحان (Ocimum basilicum L.) در شرایط آب و هوایی مشهد
به منظور مطالعه اثرات ورمی کمپوست و کودهای زیستی بر عملکرد رویشی و اسانس ریحان Ocimum basilicum L.)) آزمایشی در قالب طرح بلوک های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در مشهد در سال زراعی 89-1388 اجرا شد. تیمار های آزمایش شامل 1- ورمی کمپوست، 2- نیتروکسین (حاوی باکتری های Azotobacter sp. و Azospirillum sp.)، 3- بیوفسفر (حاوی باکتری های Pseudomonas sp. و Bacillus sp.)، 4- ورمی-کمپوست+ نیتروکسین، 5- ورمی کمپوست+ بیوفسفر، 6- نیتروکسین+ بیوفسفر، 7- ورمی کمپوست+ نیتروکسین+ بیوفسفر، 8- کود شیمیایی (N.P.K) و 9- شاهد (بدون کود) بودند. در طی فصل رشد دو چین در مرحله رشدی یکسان برداشت شد. نتایج آزمایش حاکی از برتری معنی دار ترکیبهای کودی زیستی و ورمی ورمی کمپوست نسبت به شاهد و شیمیایی در بسیاری از صفات اندازه گیری شده در هردو چین بود. در چین اول بیشترین عملکرد تازه (8/11377 کیلوگرم در هکتار) و خشک (6/1895 کیلوگرم در هکتار) در گیاهان تحت تیمار ورمی کمپوست+ نیتروکسین+ بیوفسفر مشاهده شد و تیمارهای ورمی کمپوست+ نیتروکسین و ورمی کمپوست+ بیوفسفر بیشترین تأثیر را در افزایش عملکرد خشک برگ (به ترتیب 7/1164 و 8/1166 کیلوگرم در هکتار) داشتند. در چین دوم بیشترین عملکرد تازه کل اندام هوایی (3/11333 کیلوگرم در هکتار) در گیاهان تحت تیمار ورمی+ نیتروکسین+ بیوفسفر، و بیشترین عملکرد خشک کل اندام هوایی و عملکرد خشک برگ (به ترتیب 8/2017 و 4/1103 کیلوگرم در هکتار) در تیمار ورمی کمپوست+ نیتروکسین مشاهده شد. بیشترین درصد اسانس در هر دو چین در گیاهان تحت تیمار شاهد (به ترتیب 2/1 و 23/1 درصد در چین اول و دوم) حاصل شد. بر اساس نتایج این مطالعه، ورمی کمپوست و کودهای زیستی به تنهایی و یا در ترکیب با یکدیگر تاثیری در افزایش درصد اسانس نداشتند، ولی عملکرد رویشی را افزایش دادند.

تأثیر انواع کودهای آلی و شیمیایی بر شاخصهای رشدی ریحان ) (Ocimum basilicum L.
گسترش کشاورزی متراکم استفاده از کودهای شیمیایی باعث تخریب خصوصیات خاک و بوجود آمدن مشکلات زیست محیطی شده است. استفاده از کودهای آلی میتواند بهعنوان یک راه کار مناسب جهت نگهداری و بهبود باروری خاک و افزایش بهرهوری مصرف کود مد نظر قرار گیرد. لذا به منظور ارزیابی شاخصهای رشدی و عملکرد بیولوژیکی و اقتصادی گیاه دارویی ریحان (Ocimum basilicum L.) در پاسخ به کودهای آلی و شیمیایی آزمایشی در قالب طرح بلوک های کامل تصادفی با شش تیمارکودی و سه تکرار در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد در سال زراعی 88-1387 اجرا شد. تیمارها شامل کود گاوی، کود گوسفندی، کود مرغی، ورمیکمپوست، کود شیمیایی و شاهد بود. نتایج آزمایش نشان داد که استفاده از کودهای آلی باعث افزایش معنیدار عملکرد بیولوژیکی و عملکرد بذر نسبت به تیمارهای شاهد و شیمیایی شد. به تدریج در طول دورة رشد گیاه و رفتن گیاه به مرحله زایشی درصد برگ کاهش و وزن خشک گلآذین گیاه افزایش یافت. بیشترین و کمترین شاخص سطح برگ در 90 روز پس از کاشت به ترتیب در تیمارهای کود گاوی و شاهد با مقادیر 96/3 و 14/2 مشاهده شد. حداکثر سرعت رشد محصول در اغلب تیمارها در حدود 90 روز پس از کاشت به دست آمد بهجز تیمار شاهد که دارای کمترین سرعت رشد گیاه بود و در 75 روز پس از کاشت به حداکثر آن رسید. سرعت اسیمیلاسیون خالص در اکثر تیمارها پس از یک روند صعودی تا حدود 75 روز پس از کاشت، تا پایان دورة رشد روند نزولی دارا بود. ضمن این که بیشترین و کمترین سرعت اسیمیلاسیون خالص در 75 روز پس از کاشت در تیمارهای کود مرغی و شیمیایی با مقادیر 43/0 و 25/0 گرم بر متر مربع در روز به دست آمد. در مجموع نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق حاکی از برتری کودهای آلی در شاخصهای رشدی و صفات مورفولوژیک اندازهگیری شده بود.

اثر سطوح مختلف کودهای آلی و شیمیایی بر عملکرد و شاخص های کارایی نیتروژن در گیاه دارویی اسفرزه (Plantago ovata Forsk.)
افزایش کارایی مصرف نیتروژن یکی از راه کارهای مهم بهبود تولیدات کشاورزی و کاهش خطر بروز آلودگی های زیست محیطی در راستای نیل به اهداف کشاورزی پایدار است. به منظور مقایسه اثر سطوح مختلف کودهای آلی و شیمیایی بر کارایی جذب، مصرف و بهره وری نیتروژن در گیاه دارویی اسفرزه (Plantago ovata Forsk.)، آزمایشی در قالب طرح بلوک های کامل تصادفی با 10 تیمار و سه تکرار در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد در سال زراعی 91-1390 اجرا شد. تیمارها شامل سه سطح کود نیتروژن (25، 50 و 75 کیلوگرم در هکتار)، سه سطح کود گاوی (5، 10 و 15 تن در هکتار)، سه سطح ورمی کمپوست (2، 4 و 6 تن در هکتار) و شاهد بودند. عملکرد دانه، زیست توده و محتوای نیتروژن زیست توده اندازه-گیری و سپس کارایی جذب، مصرف و بهره وری نیتروژن بر اساس آنها محاسبه شد. نتایج نشان داد که اثر تیمارهای مختلف بر تمامی صفات مورد مطالعه اسفرزه معنی دار بود. بیشترین عملکرد دانه و زیست توده اسفرزه برای تیمار شش تن در هکتار ورمی کمپوست به ترتیب با 8/54 و 2/98 گرم در متر مربع مشاهده شد. با افزایش مقدار کود، درصد و محتوای نیتروژن زیست توده افزایش یافت. بالاترین کارایی مصرف و بهره وری نیتروژن بر اساس عملکرد دانه و عملکرد زیست توده اسفرزه برای شاهد بدست آمد. بیشترین و کمترین کارایی جذب نیتروژن اسفرزه به ترتیب با 9/8 و 0/7 گرم نیتروژن جذب شده به ازای گرم نیتروژن موجود در خاک برای تیمار پنج تن در هکتار کود دامی و 75 کیلوگرم نیتروژن حاصل شد. سطوح مختلف کود های آلی از نظر کارایی جذب و بهره وری نیتروژن در مقایسه با کود شیمیایی برتری داشتند. به طوری که مصرف کودهای آلی در مقایسه با کودهای شیمیایی باعث بهبود عملکرد، کارایی جذب و بهره وری نیتروژن شد، لذا می توان مصرف نهاده های آلی را به عنوان راهکاری پایدار برای بهبود رشد و عملکرد گیاهان دارویی نظیر اسفرزه در بوم نظام های زراعی مدنظر قرار داد که این امر علاوه بر بهبود کارایی مصرف نیتروژن، کاهش آلودگی های زیست محیطی را نیز تحت تأثیر آزادسازی تدریجی عناصر غذایی به دنبال دارد.

30 سال پژوهش های زراعی در ایران: 1- بررسی سیر تحول، خلاء ها و تعیین اولویت ها
علی رغم توجه ویژه ای که طی چند ساله اخیر به توسعه پژوهش و تولید علم در کشور شده است، ولی تا کنون مطالعه جامعی که براساس شواهد علمی روند تولید علم در تحقیقات زراعی را بررسی کرده و اولویت های پژوهشی آینده را به منظور ارتقاء کیفی این تحقیقات تعیین کند، انجام نشده و یا (در صورت انجام) انتشار نیافته است. به منظور بررسی ساختار، خلاء ها و اولویت پژوهشی، مطالعه ای روی 2361 مقاله علمی-پژوهشی مرتبط با علوم زراعی که طی 30 سال گذشته (88-1358) در مجلات داخل کشور منتشر شده است، به اجرا در آمد. مقالات از نظر نوع گیاه، مدت و مقیاس مکانی اجرا، موضوع و نوع تحقیق، طبقه بندی و نتایج به صورت آماری مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که تعداد مقالات منتشر شده در کشور پس از یک دوره رکود طولانی 10 ساله با الگویی سیگموئیدی به طور چشمگیری افزایش یافته و در پایان دوره به حدود 240 مقاله در سال رسید. غلات و گیاهان صنعتی بیشترین گیاهان تحت بررسی در این مقالات بوده و گیاهان علوفه ای، گیاهان دارویی و حبوبات به ترتیب در رتبه های بعدی قرار گرفتند. آزمایش های یکساله در مورد تمام محصولات بیشترین فراوانی را داشته و بطور متوسط 83 درص از کل مقالات مربوط به آزمایش های یکساله و کمتر از 10 درصد مربوط به آزمایش های چندساله بودند. به علاوه 58 درصد از کل مقالات حاصل آزمایش های ایستگاهی بوده و 30 درصد نیز در محیط های کنترل شده اجرا شدند، در نتیجه سهم پژوهش های بلند مدت و در مقیاس کلان ملی/منطقه ای بسیار اندک می باشد. روش های مختلف مدیریت زراعی 35 درصد از کل مقالات را به خود اختصاص دادند، درحالی که سهم موضوع هایی نظیر پایداری بوم نظام ها، هوا و اقلیم شناسی کشاورزی و مدل سازی کمتر از 5 درصد بود و سایر موضوعات پژوهشی فراوانی بین 5 تا 10 درصد را از کل مقالات داشتند و این خلاء های پژوهشی در مورد تمام محصولات زراعی وضعیت مشابهی داشت. در مجموع 64 درصد از کل مقالات بررسی شده از نوع کاربردی بودند؛ در حالی که سهم مقالات راهبردی و بنیادی به ترتیب 10 و 1 درصد بود. به-طورکلی، بر اساس یافته های این تحقیق نتیجه گیری شد که علیرغم رشد کمّی تعداد مقالات منتشر شده در کشور، نظام حاکم بر این پژوهش ها از الگوی مطلوبی برخوردار نبوده و اولویت هایی نظیر تأثیر تغییر اقلیم جهانی بر تولیدات کشاورزی و امنیت غذایی کشور، پایداری بوم نظام ها با تأکید بر مدیریت منابع، حفظ و ارتقاء تنوع زیستی کشاورزی که ماهیتاً در قالب آزمایش های بلند مدت بوده و در مقیاس مکانی وسیع مطالعه می شوند، از نظر دور مانده است.

30 سال پژوهش های زراعی در ایران: 2- بررسی وضعیت اخلاق پژوهش
در طی سه دهۀ گذشته انتشار مقالات علمی– پژوهشی مرتبط با علوم زراعی در کشور رشد چشمگیری داشته است. در کنار این تلاش های علمی، نگرانیهایی نیز در مورد بروز انواع تخلفات پژوهشی وجود دارد. بنابراین، به منظور ارزیابی کمّی میزان رعایت اخلاق پژوهشی در مقالات علوم زراعی که در طی سه دهه گذشته (83-1360) منتشر شدهاند، تعداد 1269 مقاله که در مجلات مختلف علمی– پژوهشی کشور به چاپ رسیده است، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که انواع مختلف هم پوشانی در عنوان، گیاه هدف، تیمارهای آزمایشی و صفات مورد مطالعه با فراوانی حدود 26 درصد در مقالات تحت بررسی وجود داشت که براساس مرامنامههای اخلاقی، اقتباس ایده بدون ذکر نام محسوب میشود، هرچند در عرف رایج تخلف پژوهشی به شمار نمیرود. عددسازی یا گمراه سازی که تشخیص آن بر اساس ضریب تغییرات آزمایش، احتمال خطای نوع اول، عدم انطباق نتایج تجزیه واریانس و رگرسیونهای ارائه شده در مقالات صورت گرفته است، از جمله انواع تخلفات پژوهشی بود که با فراوانی حدود چهار درصد در کل مقالات مشهود می-باشد. دستبرد علمی، تحریف و ذکر نادرست نتایج سایر محققین در بین 12 درصد از مقالات تحت بررسی ردیابی شد که به طور معنیداری بیشتر از سایر تخلفات بود. نتایج همچنین نشان داد که بروز تخلفات پژوهشی در مقالاتی که نویسنده اول یا مسئول آنها دانشجویان بودهاند به طور معنیداری بیشتر از مقالات اعضاء هیات علمی دانشگاه ها یا سایر مؤسسات پژوهشی است. به علاوه رشد انواع مختلف تخلفات پژوهشی در دهۀ 80 در مقایسه با دهههای 60 و 70 به طور معنیداری افزایش یافته است. به طورکلی، انواعی از تخلفات پژوهشی در 16درصد از مقالات منتشر شده در سه دهه گذشته قابل تشخیص بود. همچنین با بررسی علل مختلف بروز تخلفات نتیجهگیری شد که عدم آگاهی محققین از قوانین، عامل اصلی بداخلاقیهای پژوهشی محسوب میشود. بر این اساس ضرورت تدوین راهنمای اخلاق پژوهشی در علوم زراعی و کشاورزی به صورت عام از اولویتهای برنامهریزی در ساختار پژوهشی کشور محسوب میشود.

اثر گیاهان کود سبز و سطوح نیتروژن بر کارایی انتقال مجدد مواد در میانگره های گندم
با توجه به اهمیت انتقال مجدد در پر شدن دانه گندم (Triticum aestivum L.)، اثر گیاهان کود سبز و سطوح مختلف نیتروژن بر انتقال و کارایی انتقال ماده خشک از میانگره های مختلف ساقه گندم، آزمایشی در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز در سال زراعی90-1389 انجام شد. آزمایش به صورت کرت های یک بار خرد شده در قالب طرح بلوک های کامل تصادفی انجام گرفت. تیمار اصلی شامل مقادیر مختلف نیتروژن (صفر، 50، 100 و 150 کیلوگرم در هکتار) و تیمار فرعی دربرگیرنده گیاهان مختلف کود سبز شامل: ارزن (Pennisetum sp.)، تاج خروس زراعی (Amaranthus sp.)، سسبانیا (.Sesbania sp)، لوبیا چشم بلبلی (Vigna unguiculata L.)، ماش (Vigna radiata L.) و تیمار شاهد (بدون کاربرد کود سبز) بود که در سه تکرار انجام شد. این آزمایش در دو مرحله شامل کاشت و برگرداندن گیاهان کود سبز و پس از آن کاشت گندم انجام گرفت. نتایج نشان دادند که وزن و وزن مخصوص کلیه میانگره های ساقه اصلی گندم از آغاز مرحله گرده افشانی تا 20 روز پس از گرده افشانی به بیش ترین مقدار رسید. پس از آن از 20 روز تا 50 روز پس از گرده افشانی به دلیل انتقال مجدد مواد پرورده به دانه، وزن و وزن مخصوص میانگره ها کاهش یافت. همچنین مقدار ماده خشک انتقال یافته تحت تأثیر تیمار عدم کاربرد کود نیتروژن بیش تر از تیمار کاربرد 150 کیلوگرم نیتروژن در هکتار در میانگره های دم گل آذین (219 در مقابل 181 میلی گرم) و میانگره ماقبل آخر (203 در مقابل 165 میلی گرم) بود، در حالی که در میانگره های پایینی این رابطه برعکس بود (403 در مقابل 406 میلی گرم). به طور کلی با افزایش نیتروژن مصرفی کارایی انتقال ماده خشک کاهش یافت. بنابراین تأثیر گیاهان کود سبز تنها به خصوصیات خاک محدود نبوده بلکه بر ویژگی های عملکردی در خصوص رابطه بین مبدأ و مقصد فیزیولوژیک نیز تأثیرگذار می-باشد.

اثر تاریخ و تراکم کاشت بر عملکرد و میزان اسانس گیاه دارویی نعناع فلفلی
به منظور بررسی اثر تاریخ و تراکم کاشت بر عملکرد و میزان اسانس نعناع فلفلی آزمایشی در ایستگاه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه تبریز در سال زراعی 83-1382 به اجراء درآمد. در این پژوهش اثر تاریخ کاشت در دو سطح (اواخر اردیبهشت و اواسط خرداد) و تراکم بوته در چهار سطح (8، 12، 16 و 20 بوته در متر مربع) به صورت آزمایش فاکتوریل بر مبنای طرح پایه بلوک های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در طی دو چین مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج حاصل از چین اول نشان داد که بیشترین درصد اسانس برگ مربوط به تاریخ کاشت اواسط خرداد و تراکم 8 بوته در متر مربع با 47/4 درصد بود و بیشترین درصد اسانس بوته نیز مربوط به تاریخ کاشت دوم با 92/2 درصد مشاهده شد، ولی عملکرد اسانس در چین اول تحت تأثیر عوامل مورد بررسی قرار نگرفت. نتایج حاصل از چین دوم نیز نشان داد که بیشترین درصد اسانس بوته مربوط به تاریخ کاشت دوم و تراکم 12 بوته در مترمربع و برابر با 96/0 درصد بوده است. بیشترین عملکرد اسانس نیز در چین دوم از گیاهان کاشته شده در تاریخ کاشت اول بدست آمد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که کشت دیر هنگام گیاه نعناع فلفلی باعث کاهش عملکرد تر و خشک گیاه در هر دو زمان برداشت شد.

مهم ترین و حساس ترین مرحله در اصلاح بیولوژیک اراضی مرتعی، استقرار اولیه نشاء گیاهان در طبیعت است که به دلیل شرایط نامساعد محیط در مناطق خشک و نیمه خشک اغلب با شکست مواجه می شود. استفاده از تکنولوژی های نوین و برهمکنش گیاهان با سایر موجودات ممکن است بر استقرار گیاهان در طبیعت کمک کند. هدف این تحقیق بررسی امکان افزایش درصد استقرار و سرعت رشد نشاء های گیاه یونجه (Medicago sativa L.) تلقیح شده با قارچ میکوریزا آربوسکولار در مرتع بهارکیش قوچان بود. بدین منظور بذر های یونجه ابتدا به مدت 20 روز در شرایط گلخانه (سینی های نشاء) کشت و سپس با دوگونه میکوریزا آربوسکولار Glomus mosseae و G. intraradices تلقیح و به گلدان های کاغذی منتقل گردید و پس از یک ماه گلدان ها به مرتع منتقل شد و به صورت طرح آزمایشی کرت های خرد شده بر پایه طرح بلوک های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار و در مساحتی حدود 3600 مترمربع کشت شد. نتایج نشان داد که میانگین درصد کلونیزه شدن ریشه گیاه یونجه با گونه mosseae G. حدود 7/62 درصد و با میکوریزا G. intraradices حدود 72 درصد بود. همزیستی قارچ میکوریزا بطور معنی داری سبب افزایش درصد استقرار در ابتدای و انتهای فصل رویش شد. تأثیر گونه G. intraradices بر استقرار گیاه یونجه بیشتر بود. علاوه بر این، همزیستی با این گونه سبب افزایش وزن خشک برگ، وزن خشک کل گیاه، وزن خشک ساقه، وزن خشک ریشه و نسبت وزن خشک اندام هوایی به وزن خشک ریشه شد، در حالی که همزیستی با mosseae .G سبب کاهش برخی از این صفات شد یا این که اثری نداشت. بنابراین، بر اساس نتایج این تحقیق قارچ هایG. intraradices را می توان به عنوان یک کود زیستی در افزایش تولید علوفه و استقرار اولیه گیاه یونجه در سطح مراتع نیمه خشک و منطقه بهارکیش قوچان توصیه نمود.

تأثیر کاربرد سیلیسیوم بر صفات فیزیولوژیکی و رشد گندم (Triticum aestivum L.) تحت شرایط تنش خشکی آخر فصل
بهمنظور بررسی تأثیر سطوح مختلف سیلیسیوم بر برخی صفات فیزیولوژیکی و رشد گندم نان (Triticum aestivum L.) در شرایط تنش خشکی آخر فصل، آزمایشی گلدانی در سال 1391 به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار اجرا گردید. در این آزمایش تیمارها شامل سطوح تنش خشکی آخر فصل (آبیاری پس از تخلیه 25، 50 و 75 درصد رطوبت قابل استفاده خاک) و سطوح سیلیسیوم (صفر، 10، 20 و 30 میلیگرم سیلیس خالص در کیلوگرم خاک) میباشد. نتایج نشان داد که اثر خشکی بر تمام صفات مورد بررسی معنیدار بود، به طوری که در اثر تنش میزان نشت الکترولیتی، مقدار پرولین، موم کوتیکول و غلظت سیلیسیوم برگ افزایش و فعالیت آنزیم سوپراکسید دیسموتاز، پتاسیم دانه و نسبت اندام هوایی به ریشه کاهش یافتند. تنش خشکی شدید بیشترین تأثیر را بر میزان نشت (افزایش 53 درصد) داشت. کاربرد سیلیسیوم نیز به جز نسبت اندام هوایی به ریشه تمام صفات مورد بررسی را تحت تأثیر خود قرار داد، به نحوی که کاربرد 30 میلیگرم سیلیسیوم سبب کاهش 5/22 درصدی میزان نشت و افزایش پرولین، فعالیت آنزیم سوپراکسید دیسموتاز، موم موتیکول، غلظت پتاسیم دانه و سیلیسیوم برگ به ترتیب 25، 8/12، 21، 17 و 30 درصد نسبت به شاهد گردید. بهطورکلی، نتایج نشان داد که تأثیر مثبت سیلیسیوم بر گندم در شرایطی که گیاه تحت تنش قرار داشت بسیار بیشتر از شرایط بدون تنش است.

اثر سطوح مختلف آب آبیاری بر تنوع گونه ای علف های هرز در مزرعه ذرت (Zea mays L.)
به منظور بررسی تأثیر سطوح مختلف آب آبیاری بر تنوع، تراکم و ترکیب گونه ای علف های هرز در مزرعه ذرت (Zea mays L.) آزمایشی با چهار تیمار با سطوح مختلف آب آبیاری (6130، 7290، 8800 و 12330 مترمکعب) در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد در سال 88-1387 اجرا شد. نمونه برداری از جمعیت علف های هرز در چهار مرحله (اوائل، اواسط و اواخر دوره بحرانی و زمان برداشت) به روش پیمایشی با الگوی سیستماتیک انجام شد. سپس کلیه گونه ها نمونه ها به تفکیک، شمارش و ثبت گردید. نتایج این بررسی نشان داد که اثر سطوح مختلف آب آبیاری بر تنوع گونه های مختلف معنی دار بود. در اوائل دوره بحرانی بیشترین تنوع در شاخص های مختلف مربوط به تیمار های آبی با حجم 8800 و 7290 متر مکعب و کمترین آن مربوط به تیمارهای آبی با حجم 12330 و 6130 متر مکعب بود. در زمان برداشت بیشترین تنوع در شاخص های مختلف مربوط به تیمارهای آبی با حجم 12330 و 6130 و 8800 متر مکعب و کمترین میزان تنوع در شاخص های مختلف مربوط به تیمارهای آبی با حجم 7290 و 8800 و 6130 متر مکعب بود. میزان ثبات پایداری گونه های موجود در مزرعه تحت شرایط مختلف آبیاری دچار تغییر شد؛ به طوری که بیشترین پایداری در کمترین میزان آبیاری بود و بیشترین تعداد گونه های ناپایدار در بیشترین میزان آب آبیاری مشاهده شد، اما غالبیت گونه ای چنین تأثیرپذیری در مقابل تغییرات آب آبیاری نشان نداد. به طور کلی، پاسخ گونه ها به تغییرات سطوح مختلف آبیاری متفاوت بود.

معرفی شاخصی برای ارزیابی خشکی با استفاده از تکنیک تجزیه به مؤلفه های اصلی
استان اصفهان در مرکز ایران واقع شده و دارای اقلیم خشک و نیمه خشک است. در سال های اخیر کمبود آب در این منطقه شدت گرفته و تولید محصولات کشاورزی را تحت تأثیر قرار داده است. گندم از جمله محصولات مهم این استان است. در این تحقیق با استفاده از داده های بلند مدت اقلیمی موجود و تکنیک تجزیه به مؤلفه های اصلی (PCA)، شاخصی برای ارزیابی خشکی (DEI) در استان ارائه شد و شهرستان های مورد مطالعه از نظر شدت خشکی مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. علاوه بر DEI برای کمّی کردن اثر خشکی، شاخص خشکی (AI) در مقیاس های زمانی مختلف در هر شهرستان محاسبه شد. داده های اقلیمی و عملکرد دانه ی گندم به ترتیب از سازمان هواشناسی کشور و جهاد کشاورزی استان اصفهان جمع آوری شدند. جهت حذف اثرات مثبت بهبود ژنتیکی و مدیریت زراعی بر عملکرد گندم، روش هموار سازی نمایی اجرا شد. بر اساس DEI، اصفهان، شهرضا، گلپایگان و نظنز اقلیم نیمه خشک و اردستان، خوروبیابانک، کاشان و نایین اقلیم خشک داشتند. بر اساس AI، شهرستان های مورد مطالعه دارای اقلیم خشک بودند. مقدار AI، تنها در گلپایگان در حالی که DEI، در اصفهان، شهرضا، گلپایگان، کاشان و نطنز از مقادیر عددی بالا تری برخوردار بودند. نتایج PCA نشان داد که در این شهرستان ها درجه حرارت حداکثر (ضریب 51/3) مهم ترین متغیر در تعیین شرایط اقلیمی و میانگین سرعت وزش باد (ضریب 27/2) نیز بر شرایط اقلیمی این مناطق مؤثر بوده است. همبستگی ضعیف شاخص های خشکی محاسبه شده با عملکرد نشان داد که استفاده از سایر شاخص های اقلیمی در توجیه نوسانات عملکرد گندم در این استان مناسب تر است.

بررسی الگوهای مختلف کشت مخلوط زیره سبز (Cuminum cyminum L.) و عدس (Lens culinaris L.) در کشت دوم
به منظور بررسی مقایسه الگوهای مختلف کشت مخلوط زیره سبز (Cuminum cyminum L.) و عدس (Lens culinaris L.) در کشت دوم، آزمایشی در مزرعه ای واقع در استان آذربایجان غربی- شهرستان نقده در سال زراعی 91-1390 در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار و هشت تیمار به اجرا در آمد. تیمار های آزمایش شامل کشت مخلوط روی ردیف های کاشت (50% زیره سبز + 50% عدس)، کشت مخلوط ردیفی (یک ردیف عدس + یک ردیف زیره سبز)،کشت های مخلوط نواری (دو ردیف عدس + یک ردیف زیره سبز، سه ردیف عدس + یک ردیف زیره سبز، چهار ردیف عدس + دو ردیف زیره سبز، شش ردیف عدس + دو ردیف زیره سبز) و کشت خالص دو گیاه بود. اثر الگوی کشت بر صفات مورد بررسی هر دو گونه اثر معنی دار (01/0p≤) داشت. نتایج در مورد گیاه عدس نشان داد که بیشترین عملکرد دانه و عملکرد بیولوژیکی عدس از تیمار کشت خالص به ترتیب برابر با 600 و 1600 کیلوگرم در هکتار و کمترین مقدار آن از الگوی کشت مخلوط نواری شش ردیف عدس با دو ردیف زیره سبز به ترتیب برابر با 273 و 676 کیلو گرم در هکتار حاصل شد. نتایج در مورد گیاه زیره سبز نشان داد که بین کشت خالص با کشت مخلوط روی ردیف های کاشت و کشت ردیفی از نظر عملکرد دانه و عملکرد بیولوژیکی اختلاف معنی داری وجود نداشت. با افزایش عرض نوارها در تیمار های کشت مخلوط از عملکرد دانه و عملکرد بیولوژیکی زیره سبز به طور میانگین 50 و 54 درصد کاسته شد. درصد اسانس در تمامی تیمار های کشت مخلوط بالاتر از تیمار کشت خالص بود. بیشترین عملکرد اسانس از کشت مخلوط روی ردیف های کاشت (20 کیلو گرم در هکتار) به دست آمد. ارزیابی نسبت برابری زمین LER)) نشان داد که بیشترین نسبت برابری زمین (8/1) از کشت مخلوط یک ردیفی و کمترین مقدار آن (94/0) از کشت مخلوط نواری شش ردیف عدس + دو ردیف زیره سبز حاصل شد. با تغییر الگوی کشت از مخلوط ردیفی به سمت مخلوط نواری، LER احتمالاً به دلیل کاهش اثرات تسهیل و تکمیل کنندگی دو گونه کاهش پیدا کرد.

بررسی رابطه بین خصوصیات جمعیتی علفهای هرز و کارایی استفاده از نیتروژن در گندم (Triticum aestivum L.) تحت تأثیر مدیریت تلفیقیکود
به منظور بررسی رابطه بین خصوصیات جمعیتی علفهای هرز و به کارگیری نیتروژن در گندم (Triticum aestivum L.) تحت تأثیر مدیریت تلفیقی کود در تراکمهای مختلف علف هرز آزمایشی به صورت کرتهای خرد شده در قالب طرح بلوک کامل تصادفی در سهتکرار در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز، در سال زراعی 91-1390 انجام شد. تیمار اصلی شامل پنج روش مدیریت تلفیقی کود (شامل 25، 50، 75 درصد کود شیمیایی و همچنین 100 درصد کود شیمیایی و فقط کود بیولوژیکی) و تیمار فرعی شامل سه تراکم علفهرز خردل وحشی (شامل 7، 14، 21 بوته در مترمربع) بود. نتایج آزمایش نشان داد که روش 75 درصد کود شیمیایی به همراه مجموع کودهای بیولوژیکی در تراکم کم علف هرز بیش ترین وزن خشک و تراکم علفهرز را دارا بود. در روش 100 درصد کود شیمیایی علفهای هرز باریک برگ، وزن خشک و تراکم بیشتری در مقایسه با گونههای پهن برگ دارا بودند. در مقابل در روش فقط بیولوژیکی علفهای هرز پهن برگ گونهی غالب بودند. با کاهش درصد کود نیتروژن شیمیایی تنوع گونهی غالب علفهای هرز باریک برگ و پهن برگ کاهش یافت، لذا بیشترین تنوع درگونهی غالب علف هرز مربوط به تیمار فقط کود بیولوژیکی بود. با کاهش میزان نیتروژن کودی، شاخصکارایی استفاده از نیتروژن کودی افزایش یافت. به طورکلی شاخصهای کارایی استفاده از کود بیشتر تحت تأثیر مقدار کود نیتروژن قرار گرفتند تا تراکم علف هرز. در مجموع نتایج این آزمایش نشان داد که افزایش وابستگی به کودهای بیولوژیکی توان رقابتی گندم را در ابتدای دورهی رشد کاهش داده، لذا باعث افزایش کمیّت و تنوع علفهای هرز در انتهای دورهی رشد خواهد شد.

اثر دما و عمق آب بر خصوصیات جوانه زنی ارقام مختلف برنج (Oryza sativa L.) و سوروف (Echinochloa crus-galli L.)در شرایط آزمایشگاه
واکنش جوانه زنی گیاهان زراعی به شرایط مختلف محیطی یکی از مهمترین عوامل تعیین کننده قابلیت این گیاهان در رقابت با علف های هرز میباشد. به منظور بررسی تأثیر عمق آب و دماهای مختلف بر خصوصیات جوانه زنی ارقام مختلف برنج (Oryza sativa L.) و علف هرز سوروف (Echinochloa crus-galli L.) مطالعه ای به صورت فاکتوریل بر پایه طرح کاملاً تصادفی در چهار تکرار در آزمایشگاه بذر دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد در سال 1388 انجام گرفت. عوامل مورد مطالعه شامل عمق آب (شاهد، 2، 4، 6، 8 و 10 سانتی متر) و دما (10، 15، 20، 25، 30، 35 و 40 درجه سانتی گراد) و ارقام برنج خزر، هاشمی، دمسیاه و نیز علف هرز سوروف بود. براساس نتایج حاصله بهترین واکنش در خصوصیات مربوط به جوانه زنی هر سه رقم برنج و سورف به دما در تیمار30 درجه سانتی گراد بدست آمد، روند واکنش به دما دارای یک روند صعودی از دمای10 تا 30 درجه سانتی گراد بود ولی با افزایش دما به بیش از این میزان روند نزولی به خود گرفت. افزایش عمق آب باعث کاهش درصد و سرعت جوانه زنی تمام ارقام مورد استفاده شد، ولی مقاومت ارقام برنج به افزایش عمق آب بیش از علف هرز سوروف بود.

مصرف باکتریهای افزاینده رشد گیاه (PGPR)، نیتروژن و روی بر عملکرد دانه و جذب نیتروژن در کلزا (Brassica napus L.)
به منظور بررسی تأثیر مصرف توأم کودهای نیتروژن، سولفات روی و کود زیستی حاوی ازتوباکتر کروکوکوم و آزوسپیریلوم برازیلنس بر عملکرد دانه و کارایی مصرف نیتروژن در کلزا (Brassica napus L.) رقم هایولا 308، آزمایشی به صورت کرتهای خرد شده در قالب طرح بلوک های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه گیلان در سال زراعی 87- 1386 اجرا شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل چهار سطح کود نیتروژن (صفر، 50 ، 100 و 150 کیلوگرم) به عنوان عامل اصلی و دو عامل کود سولفات روی در دو سطح (صفر و 50 کیلوگرم در هکتار) و کود بیولوژیک در دو سطح (با و بدون کود بیولوژیک) به عنوان عوامل فرعی بودند. نتایج نشان داد که بین سطوح نیتروژن، کود زیستی و کود سولفات روی از نظر تأثیر بر تجمع و جذب نیتروژن در کلزا اختلاف معنیداری وجود داشت. بیشترین عملکرد دانه (2568 کیلوگرم در هکتار) در تیمار 150 کیلوگرم در هکتارنیتروژن + کود زیستی + کود سولفات روی به دست آمد. بیشترین میزان نیتروژن گیاه (9/4 درصد) در مرحله رشدی روزت و بیشترین میزان نیتروژن دانه (6/3 درصد) در تیمار 150 کیلوگرم نیتروژن + کود سولفات روی + کود زیستی به دست آمد. بیشترین کارایی جذب و کارایی مصرف نیتروژن در تیمار 50 کیلوگرم نیتروژن + کود زیستی + کود سولفات روی (به ترتیب 86/0 و 6/29 کیلوگرم بر کیلوگرم) به-دست آمد. با توجه به معنیداربودن اثر متقابل کود زیستی و کود سولفات روی همراه با مقادیر کمتر کود نیتروژن و بیشترین کارایی جذب نیتروژن در این تیمارهای آزمایشی، به نظر میرسد که قابلیت جذب و استفاده از نیتروژن برای تشکیل دانه در حضور کودهای زیستی و کود سولفات روی برای گیاه کلزا بیشتربوده است. مهمترین سازوکارهای تأثیر PGPRها عبارت است از افزایش فراهمی زیستی عناصر معدنی با تثبیت زیستی نیتروژن و محلول کردن فسفر و پتاسیم میباشد که موجب صرفه جویی در مصرف کود نیتروژن خواهد شد.
