In order to study the effect of different levels of mushroom compost and different resource of nitrogen on yield, yield attributes and nitrogen use efficiency of wheat (Triticum aestivum L.), an experiment was conducted at Faculty of Agriculture, Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, Iran, during 2009-2010. A completely randomized block design with three replications and 18 treatments was used. The experimental treatments were all combination of different levels of mushroom compost (0, 10, 20, 40, 80 and 160 t.ha-1) and three different resources of nitrogen [control (no fertilizer), urea fertilizer (150 kg.ha-1) and nitroxin biofertilizer (including Azotobacter sp. and Azospirillum sp.)]. Results indicated that dry matter, plant height, number of grains per plant, grain weight per plant and 1000 grain weight were increased significantly with gradually increasing levels of mushroom compost, while harvest index and nitrogen use efficiency were decreased with increasing mushroom compost levels. Grain weight and number of grains per plant and 1000 grains weight were increased 4.70, 2.98 and 1.56 times compared with control (without any fertilizer or any additives), respectively. In addition, results showed that urea fertilizer and nitroxin biofertilizer had significant effects on mentioned traits. However, results of present study suggest that nitroxin might not be suitable and successful biofertilizer to wheat production, if there is organic matter deficiency in the soil.}, keywords = {Harvest index,NITROXIN BIOFERTILIZER,Organic fertilizer,Urea fertilizer}, title_fa = {بررسی عملکرد، اجزای عملکرد و کارایی مصرف نیتروژن در استفاده از کمپوست قارچ، کود بیولوژیک و اوره در گندم (Triticum aestivum L.)}, abstract_fa = {افزایش کارایی مصرف نیتروژن نقش مهمی در توسعه کشاورزی پایدار ایفا می کند. به منظور بررسی اثرات سطوح کمپوست قارچ و منابع مختلف نیتروژن بر عملکرد، اجزای عملکرد و کارایی مصرف نیتروژن در گندم (Triticum aestivum L.)، آزمایشی گلدانی در فضای آزاد، با 18 تیمار و در قالب طرح بلوک های کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار در دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد در سال 89-1388 اجرا شد. تیمارهای آزمایش ترکیبی از شش سطح کمپوست قارچ (صفر، 10، 20، 40، 80 و 160 تن در هکتار) و سه منبع نیتروژن (کود شیمیایی اوره (150کیلوگرم در هکتار)، کود بیولوژیک نیتروکسین (شامل ازتوباکتر و آزوسپیریلوم) و شاهد بودند. نتایج نشان داد که وزن خشک، ارتفاع گیاه، تعداد دانه در بوته، وزن دانه در بوته و وزن هزار دانه با افزایش سطوح کمپوست قارچ افزایش یافت. وزن دانه در بوته، تعداد دانه در بوته و وزن هزار دانه در تیمار 80 تن کود کمپوست قارچ در مقایسه با شاهد (بدون هیچگونه کودی) به ترتیب از یک افزایش 70/4، 98/2 و 56/1 برابری برخوردار بود، در حالیکه شاخص برداشت و کارایی مصرف نیتروژن با افزایش این سطوح کاهش یافت. همچنین نتایج آزمایش حاکی از اثرات معنی دار کود شیمیایی اوره و کود بیولوژیک نیتروکسین بر صفات ذکر شده بود. با این وجود نتایج آزمایش این نکته را مورد تأکید قرار داد که در شرایط نبود یا کمبود مواد آلی در خاک، نیتروکسین ممکن است کود بیولوژیک مناسبی جهت تولید گندم نباشد.}, keywords_fa = {شاخص برداشت,کود آلی,کود بیولوژیک نیتروکسین,کود شیمیایی}, url = {https://agry.um.ac.ir/article_30136.html}, eprint = {https://agry.um.ac.ir/article_30136_5f75e1c89788a6b923304245795470c8.pdf} }
