S.C., an experiment was conducted in greenhouse conditions, Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, Iran, during 2008. The experiment was carried out factorial based on randomized complete block design with six treatments and three replications. Different light conditions (including natural light, additional two hours lighting after sunset, and reduction of the quality and quantity of light conditions during plants growth, were investigated. The results indicated that leaf area in both maize hybrids increased by light measured until 28 days, and then decreased compared to the natural lighting conditions. In comparison with natural light conditions the dry mater of leaf and stem was increased by adding light until flowering stage. Leaf area and dry weight was reduced in both hybrids with decreasing lighting conditions. Leaf length to width ratio increased by adding the lighting measure till the seventh leaf appearance and later on reduced. This ratio increased with reduction of light duration. Chlorophyll content increased by adding light duration till the sixth leaf appearance. The chlorophyll content of two hybrids in screen conditions decreased compared to other conditions. In general, leaf area, stem and leaf dry weights, height and lodging index of short season hybrid was lower than long season hybrids. The present study showed that extending light duration resulted in increasing of the dry weight and development stage of maize.}, keywords = {Chlorophyll content,Dry weight,Height,Leaf area,Lodging index}, title_fa = {تأثیر کمّیت و کیفیت نور بر برخی صفات مورفولوژیکی و فیزیولوژیکی ارقام ذرت(Zea maize L.) در شرایط گلخانه}, abstract_fa = {تغییرات کمّی و کیفی نور خصوصیات رشدی گیاه را تحت تأثیر قرار می‌دهد. بطوریکه جهت انجام فتوسنتز مناسب، نور با شدت زیاد لازم است. تأثیر کمّیت و کیفت نور بر برخی صفات مورفولوژیکی و فیزیولوژیکی ارقام ذرت (Zea maize L.)، در آزمایشی گلخانه‌ای در سال 1387 مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. تیپ‌های رشدی ذرت شامل هیبرید زودرس (370) و هیبرید دیررس (704) در سه شرایط نور ی شامل نور طبیعی، نور اضافی به مدت دو ساعت و شرایط کاهش کمی و کیفی نور (شرایط پرده) در طول مدت رشد در یک آزمایش فاکتوریل بر پایه طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار و در جعبه‌هایی به ابعاد 50×30 و ارتفاع 30 سانتی‌متر انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که در هر دو رقم سطح برگ با طولانی‌تر شدن دوره نور تا 28 روز پس از کاشت افزایش یافت و پس از آن نسبت به شرایط نور طبیعی کاهش نشان داد، ولی وزن خشک برگ و ساقه با طولانی‌تر شدن دوره نور تا مرحله زایشی افزایش یافت. نسبت طول به عرض برگ در تیمار نور اضافی تا برگ هفتم افزایش یافت، ولی سپس کاهش نشان داد. و در شرایط شدت نور کم نسبت طول به عرض برگ بیشتر شد. میزان کلروفیل با طولانی‌تر شدن دوره نور تا ظهور برگ ششم (42 روز پس از کاشت) افزایش یافت، ولی پس از آن تا مرحله زایشی کاهش نشان داد، البته میزان کلروفیل در هر دو رقم در شرایط پرده نسبت به دو شرایط نوری دیگر کم شد. ارتفاع گیاه و شاخص ورس در هر دو رقم با ازدیاد نور افزایش یافت. بطور‌کلی، سطح برگ، وزن خشک برگ و ساقه، ارتفاع و شاخص ورس در هر سه تیمار نور در رقم زودرس کمتر بود. این بررسی نشان داد که افزایش نور بیش از حد طبیعی منجر به افزایش وزن خشک گیاه ذرت می‌شود. به طوری که رقم دیررس با طول دوره رشد طولانی‌تر نور بیشتری جذب کرده که منجر به افزایش وزن خشک شد.}, keywords_fa = {ارتفاع، سطح برگ,شاخص ورس,میزان کلروفیل,وزن خشک}, url = {https://agry.um.ac.ir/article_29664.html}, eprint = {https://agry.um.ac.ir/article_29664_5b3be40e6572493443d023efed70a457.pdf} }
